Duane Morrison

Founder & Brand President

Duane served in the United States Army as a Tank Crewman and S1 Pack Rat. After being Honorably Discharged, he was recalled as a Tank Commander in Desert Storm and then became a Fire Fighter for the Rock Hill Fire Department in South Carolina. He started his property inspection career in 2002 as a scheduler and worked his way into a home inspector position. On January 1st, 2007, at the beginning of the worst real estate market in modern history, he successfully started Morrison Home Inspections. In 2017 he founded Morrison Plus Property Inspections. Now he helps new franchisees start their business and provides guidance for their business development. Duane and his wife enjoy living in Glendora, California.

Rosanna Morrison

VP of Administration and Operations

As a co-founder of Morrison Plus, Rosanna focuses heavily on brand awareness and promotions. Her hands-on approach is key to developing marketing strategies for new franchisees. Rosanna is also the point person at Morrison Plus when managing the onboarding, marketing, and administrative set-up for new franchisees. Rosanna has a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California (USC). She and her husband enjoy living in Glendora, California.

Scott Burnside

Director of Professional Development

Scott joined the Morrison Plus team after 30 years of serving our local communities as a first responder in the fire service, EMS and law enforcement disciplines. He brings the experience of providing high level training in the public safety environment to the Morrison Plus team. His experience provides a fresh and unique perspective to the Morrison Plus training academy. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Vocational Education from California State University Long Beach.

Chase Kerr

Marketing Executive

Chase is enthusiastic and passionate about working closely with each and every franchisee, visiting their territories and helping them implement key strategies for success. Chase sits on the board of directors for a prominent real estate organization and is an affiliate and committee member of four other organizations in the real estate industry. Chase brings his experience to the field and the classroom while training franchise owners how to build market share in their territory through strategic marketing efforts. Chase has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma Baptist University (OBU).

Mackenzie Hong

Design Specialist

Mackenzie is a former inspector, now specializing in digital design and marketing. His field experience helps franchise owners understand the importance of digital content, ensuring they have the training and support to reach their target audience. He plays a key role in content creation for the brand, utilizing his bachelor’s degree in digital design (arts, media, and engineering) from Arizona State University (ASU).

Justice Pitts

Senior Inspector and Field Trainer

Justice is an International Code Council (ICC), American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) certified inspector with nearly 20 years of experience. His knowledge of the various industry standards and building codes is key to supporting the technical development of franchise owners.
