In-Person Training Classes

Receive unmatched technical training with Morrison Plus. The Morrison Plus Academy trains franchisees to perform thorough inspections while writing and delivering detailed reports. Then learn how to market property inspections and successfully run your new business. At the academy you will receive classroom instruction, office operations training, and perform on-site inspections for home buyers. Our in-person portion of the Academy lasts up to 3 days with the best trainers in each field. Then you’ll receive up to 2 days of hands-on field training. We follow a “learning by doing” theory of education, fast tracking you to successfully operating your property inspection business.

In-Territory Training & Support

In-Territory Training & Support

After completion of the Morrison Plus Academy, we will visit you in your territory providing expert consulting on day to day operations! In addition to business operations training, we also provide best practices in marketing your individual franchise to your territory.

Once you’ve mastered home inspections with our training & support, the Morrison Plus Academy offers training in specialty services such as commercial, sewer, chimney and additional ancillary services.
