Morrison Home Inspections was founded on January 1, 2007. The founder, Duane Morrison worked out of his home in Pasadena, California, where he was the sole inspector. In the first year, sales for the company topped $60,000, and were over $100,000 in 2008.

By the summer of 2008 the company started performing mold and commercial inspections. As sales continued to grow, Morrison Home Inspections became a multi-inspector company. In 2011 the company had five employees and opened its first office location in Glendora, California. The company changed its name to Morrison Plus Property Inspections in 2017. By 2019 the first franchises were opened in Bellflower and Burbank, while the original pilot company remained in Glendora. Currently, the Glendora location’s annual sales are in the millions every year.
