In-Person Training Classes
We follow a “learning by doing” theory of education, fast-tracking you to the successful operation of your property inspection business.
Franchisee owners will receive unmatched technical training with Morrison Plus and learn how to perform thorough inspections, write detailed, actionable reports and market property inspections and successfully run their new business.
At the Morrison Plus Academy, you will receive classroom instruction, office operations training, and perform on-site inspections for home buyers. Our in-person portion of the Academy takes place with our best trainers in each field and lasts up to three days. Once the classroom portion of the training is over you’ll receive up to 2 days of hands-on field training.
In-Territory Training & Support
Here at Morrison Plus, our mission is your success!
After completing your time at the Morrison Plus Academy, we will visit your territory to provide you with expert consulting on your day-to-day operations! In addition to business operations training, we also provide best practices when marketing your individual franchise to your territory.
Once you’ve mastered home inspections with our training & support, the Morrison Plus Academy offers training in specialty services such as commercial, sewer, chimney, and other ancillary inspections.
